Job summary

Twin Disc is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead machining and/or assembly operations on-site. You will direct daily production activities, develop a team of 15-30 employees, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You will partner with planning, engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to meet schedules, improve productivity, and manage costs while maintaining accurate records in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in manufacturing or related field and leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in machining, assembly, or powertrain/industrial manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily activities of production employees in machining and assembly.
• Plan, prioritize and assign work to meet schedules, quality, and customer commitments.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and equipment to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
