Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the designated manufacturing area under the Product Line Manager, ensuring safety, quality, cost and on-time delivery.

You will motivate team leaders, drive Lean initiatives, maintain 5S, coordinate with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering, and develop staff through training. This on-site Illinois role offers advancement opportunities, tuition reimbursement, weekly pay and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Strong team building and people management.
• English language proficiency; Spanish a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coach safety, quality, productivity to production schedule.
• Facilitate team communication and resolve conflicts.
• Address team concerns to foster a caring environment.
• Enforce policies to meet goals and compliance.
• Monitor hourly staff performance and coach as needed.
• Ensure 100% safety, housekeeping, and quality compliance.
• Collaborate with Quality to identify corrective actions.
• Work with Manufacturing Engineering on bottlenecks.
• Pursue process improvements and lean initiatives.
• Maintain 5S and lean training efforts.
