Job summary

The Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality-focused production. This role manages personnel, equipment, and processes while supporting production goals, customer requirements, and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Schedule: Monday-Friday with flexible start times (typically 5 AM-3 PM). Occasional 10-12 hour shifts.
