Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support our production teams by applying engineering principles to improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and conduct tests.

You will work with engineers to design fixtures, set up equipment, document SOPs, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to ISO 14001/9001 requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/PDM software.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing manufacturing processes and cost-saving optimizations.
• Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Collaborate to troubleshoot issues and conduct tests to ensure product quality.
• Document SOPs and work instructions; monitor lines for efficiency and safety.
• Support training of production personnel on new processes and equipment.
