ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems AB is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer for our Mason City, Iowa facility. The role focuses on process improvements, lean manufacturing, and safe, efficient production practices on-site.

You will collaborate with shop floor teams, quality, and engineering to implement refinements, support continuous improvement events, and develop standard work while maintaining proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field required.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to improve safety, quality, and productivity at the Mason City facility.
• Lead lean initiatives, line balancing, and cell layout for increased throughput.
• Develop standard work, work instructions, and change requests; maintain documentation.
