Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Optimize plant performance by evaluating process efficiencies and conducting time/capacity studies.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using A3, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Train, coach, and mentor plant personnel in lean practices and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and implement new equipment and technologies; document with SAP and MS Office.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for manufacturing challenges.
• Develop SOPs, work standards, and visual management to reduce variability.
