Job summary

You will guide lean manufacturing initiatives, mentor engineers, and drive cost reductions while partnering with Operations, Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing or related).
• 8+ years of manufacturing, engineering or continuous improvement experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or project management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for enterprise-wide process improvements.
• Lead lean initiatives and cost optimization across sites.
• Mentor cross-functional engineering teams and manage projects.
• Develop labor standards and performance metrics.
