Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services seeks a Technical Product Process Supervisor to lead manufacturing processes in a fast-paced, high-volume, union environment. You will coordinate engineering, tooling and quality changes in your area and drive World Class Manufacturing initiatives to boost quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in engineering.
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.
• Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various levels of employees within all areas of the Plant.
• Ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers.
• Goal oriented self-starter with ability to lead teams.
• Ability to coach/mentor/develop team members.
• Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise bargaining unit employees across shifts.
• Manage Process Sheets through AMPS and standardize processes across shifts.
• Analyze quality data and recommend improvements.
• Lead part/process changes affecting the floor.
• Audit process parameters and optimize CP/CPK-driven strategies.
• Root cause vehicle dimensional issues to improve quality metrics.
• Ensure non-conforming parts are identified and processed.
• Collaborate with engineers and team leaders on continuous improvement.
• Lead kaizen projects focused on Safety, Cost, Quality and throughput.
