You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex initiatives, and partner with operations, IT, and compliance to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Finance Operations Management or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred; other process improvement methodologies valued.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement projects in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross functional teams in process improvement projects using Kaizen, Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma.
• Consult with business leaders and define issues with recommendations to improve current state.
• Manage complex initiatives timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead the Process Engineering Framework roadmap and enterprise process management system implementation.
