Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma and design thinking.
• Consult with leaders to define issues and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage complex initiatives with timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Lead the Process Engineering Framework roadmap and enterprise BPM system.
• Oversee enterprise process taxonomy, migration and training.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, IT, and customer service.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk controls are addressed.
• Drive organizational change with root-cause analysis and benefits communication.
• Provide training and support for new processes and technologies.
• Evaluate technology solutions to automate processes and work with IT.
