Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex initiatives, and collaborate with operations, compliance, IT, and customer service to deliver measurable improvements and robust controls.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of process management experience in Operations, Finance, or Regulatory functions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and related methodologies.
• Consult with business leaders to identify issues and recommend improvements to the current state.
• Manage complex initiatives with timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure outcomes.
• Lead the Process Engineering Framework roadmap, standards, and enterprise process management systems.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, IT, and customer service to address challenges and develop solutions.
• Drive organizational change by identifying root causes and communicating benefits of improvements.
• Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
• Evaluate and recommend technology to automate and enhance processes with IT involvement.
