Qualifications

  • 5+ years of automotive manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to drive data-informed decisions using production data, downtime, quality metrics, and equipment trends.
  • Lead structured root-cause analysis for process/tooling issues across functions.
  • Coordinate process tooling problem-resolution across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership to Process and Weld Engineers across three shifts.
  • Ensure preventive actions, process improvements, and corrective actions are implemented.
  • Develop and verify capable and stable production processes for assembly automation, tooling, robotics, and workstations.
  • Champion timely decision-making with data-driven insights and project management to meet safety, quality, and throughput targets.
