Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and design thinking.
• Collaborate with leaders to define issues and recommend improvements to current state.
• Manage complex programs with timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Lead enterprise process management system implementations and taxonomy.
• Partner with operations, compliance, IT, and risk to design solutions.
• Drive change and train teams for adoption of new processes.
