Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking an engineering professional to improve manufacturing processes through hands-on support, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration at the Piedmont Triad, NC site.

The role emphasizes reducing waste, root-cause problem solving, and creating sustainable improvements. Onsite duties include working on the manufacturing floor with protective equipment and contributing to audits and documentation. Salary is based on experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
• Experience improving processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods.
• Experience investigating production or quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Familiarity with ERP software and computerized maintenance or asset-management systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both production employees and management.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate production methods and identify opportunities to reduce waste, delays, and operating costs.
• Investigate recurring manufacturing problems, determine contributing factors, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Use production and quality data to measure performance and evaluate the effectiveness of changes.
• Partner with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve workflow and resolve daily operating issues.
• Develop and update process documentation, work instructions, and training materials.
• Support the introduction of new products and changes to existing manufacturing methods.
• Assist with production planning, material needs, and coordination of improvement projects.
• Coach team members and share responsibility for training, attendance, and performance oversight.
• Participate in audits and corrective-action activities to support consistent manufacturing standards.
