Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 5+ years of related business experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Support new programs, capital projects, and equipment launches.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops.
• Perform line balancing, plant layout, and workflow optimization.
• Lead root cause analysis for production issues.
• Interact with suppliers and shop floor staff to resolve manufacturing issues.
