Job summary
Accentuate Staffing is partnering with an established precision manufacturing organization in Oxford, North Carolina to hire a Manufacturing / Industrial Engineer I. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related discipline.
- Zero to three years of relevant manufacturing/IE experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and layouts.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AutoCAD experience expected.
Responsibilities
- Support small manufacturing and logistics projects from analysis through sustainment.
- Improve equipment, tooling, and layouts to enhance productivity.
- Analyze safety, quality, cost, cycle time, and material flow opportunities.
- Create and maintain work instructions, routings, and technical docs.
- Provide technical support to production and maintenance across operations.
- Contribute to Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput.
