Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, automation, or a related engineering role.
• Proficiency with CAD software for equipment design, layout, or manufacturing support.
• Experience with equipment installation, commissioning, process validation, and manufacturing process improvement.
• Strong understanding of PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Ability to read, interpret, and develop electrical schematics and pneumatic diagrams, with knowledge of fundamental engineering calculations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own defined manufacturing processes from development to production readiness.
• Lead equipment specs, commissioning, and process validation.
• Analyze process performance to improve OEE and throughput.
• Manage engineering projects with cross-functional teams.
• Provide hands-on support during startup and ramp-up.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement and new technologies.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality compliance.
• Occasional travel for FAT, supplier visits, and reviews.
