Anomatic is a leading cosmetics packaging supplier with a strong focus on automation, safety and continuous improvement. The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead the engineering team to optimize stamping, anodizing, injection molding, and finishing processes across U.S. operations.

You will drive manufacturing readiness for new products, manage capital projects, and champion Lean/Six Sigma programs while mentoring engineering talent on the factory floor.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of manufacturing process experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Experience in high‑volume, 24/7 manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with metal finishing, anodizing, chemical processing preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering team to support production, NPIs, capacity expansion, and CI initiatives.
• Set engineering priorities, metrics, capacity plans, and manufacturing strategies.
• Drive design, optimization, standardization, validation of processes.
• Support new product launches with manufacturing readiness and ramp‑up.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and value‑stream improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, supply chain and suppliers to resolve challenges.
• Evaluate and implement automation, Industry 4.0 tools to boost productivity.
• Oversee documentation, standards, and continuous improvement across ops.
