Job summary

Analogic Corporation in Canton, MA is seeking a results‑oriented leader to head the Manufacturing Engineering function. You will guide the team, set priorities, and align resources with production, quality, cost, and delivery objectives while building technical talent and a culture of accountability.

You will drive advanced manufacturing initiatives, automation, PLCs, and test systems, lead NPI readiness, process development, Lean/Six Sigma programs, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering or related environment with leadership experience.
• Experience leading engineering initiatives from concept through implementation and sustaining performance.
• Strong understanding of automation, controls, equipment, and production systems.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Experience with NPI, DFM/DFA, process validation, tooling, and manufacturing readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage the Manufacturing Engineering team with clear goals and performance expectations.
• Provide technical and operational leadership to support production, quality, cost, delivery, and business objectives.
• Develop and execute manufacturing strategies to improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Lead advanced manufacturing, automation, PLCs, and test systems initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional peers to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
