Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing process engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of CAM (MasterCAM, ROBOCUT-CAMi, SolidCAM) and CAD (SolidWorks) software.
• Proficiency in project management tools and process simulation.
• Experience with automation technologies and quality management systems (ISO 9001, FMEA).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
• Ability to operate or learn magnet fabrication equipment (grinding, slicing, machining, magnetic testing).

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new processes and improve existing ones across production, quality, and engineering.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify improvement opportunities, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Design devices, tooling, fixtures, and associated drawings.
• Implement automation solutions for complex, high-volume processes.
• Provide hands-on technical support to production teams and collaborate with Maintenance.
• Analyze production data and recommend process adjustments.
