Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer in an industrial setting.
Minimum 7 years of practical manufacturing and engineering experience in designing and improving processes.
Capital project management experience.

Conduct work measurement studies to determine overall equipment effectiveness using IE techniques.
Develop manufacturing and fabrication methods for new or revised products.
Evaluate methods to provide least cost, most efficient and safe processes.
Document methods with clear descriptions and photographs where applicable.
Maintain records on work measurement activity and performance data.
Review methods to ensure safety and efficiency; improve as needed.
Design new fixtures and equipment for process improvements.
Manage multiple capital projects from selection through implementation.
Maintain an effective audit program for process feedback and quality.
Communicate process capability and equipment maintenance status to stakeholders.
Provide technical service to resolve quality-related problems.
Train hourly, supervisory and management associates as required.
Collaborate with suppliers to improve products and processes and reduce waste.
Develop and maintain process-control testing procedures for in-process quality.
