Gore in Phoenix, AZ is seeking experienced Process Engineers to optimize and sustain manufacturing processes. You will own on-floor performance, lead projects, and ensure product quality across cross-functional teams in a dynamic setting.

The role requires hands-on manufacturing experience, strong communication, and a willingness to work in a hybrid/onsite environment with occasional after-hours support to sustain 7-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong statistical and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet timelines.
• Willingness to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment.
• Travel up to 5%.

Responsabilités

• Sustain existing manufacturing lines with ownership of performance and on-floor presence.
• Apply Lean, GMP, and Six Sigma to reduce waste and variation and meet targets.
• Lead engineering projects from concept through implementation and stakeholder communication.
• Design or input on fixtures and equipment to improve safety, ergonomics, quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues by data analysis and root-cause identification and implement timely solutions.
• Conduct equipment and process validations and verifications per production and regulatory requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to drive solutions.
• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful team environment.
