• Sustain and improve manufacturing lines, fixtures, and SOPs with hands-on presence.
• Apply Lean, GMP, and Six Sigma to reduce waste and variation.
• Lead projects from concept through implementation with status updates.
• Design or input on fixtures and tooling to improve safety and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and implement timely solutions.
• Conduct equipment/process validations in production and regulatory contexts.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Maintenance, and Engineering.
