The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, problem solving, and hands-on process improvements on the manufacturing floor. You will lead projects from concept to implementation, apply Lean and GMP principles, and ensure processes meet performance targets while maintaining safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science required with 2+ years of professional engineering experience supporting a manufacturing environment.
• Experience applying engineering fundamentals to develop, optimize, troubleshoot, and control products, processes, or technologies, with ability to design experiments, analyze data, and use structured approaches.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading engineering projects within a defined area of responsibility with measurable improvements.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple projects concurrently using standard project management tools.
• Ability to leverage critical thinking to identify issues and root causes using structured problem solving approaches.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a cleanroom environment.
• Ability to document, communicate, and present technical work clearly.
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day process support for the manufacturing lines, including maintaining fixtures, equipment, and SOPs on the floor.
• Ensure processes meet targets by applying Lean, GMP, and problem solving to improve safety, quality, efficiency, cost, and capability.
• Specify, design, implement and improve manufacturing processes to support the process.
• Understand critical process parameters to ensureFit-for-use product meeting specifications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Operations, and Technical to drive solutions and sustain performance.
• Lead projects from concept to implementation, managing schedules and statuses for stakeholders.
• Apply formal problem solving to determine root causes and countermeasures for issues.
• Conduct equipment and process validations and verifications to meet production and regulatory requirements.
• Document technical work clearly and communicate with the team.
