Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering or science required.
• Experience applying engineering fundamentals to develop, optimize, troubleshoot, and control products, processes, or technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects with measurable business impact.
• Proven ability to use structured problem solving to identify root cause and implement countermeasures.
• Strong communication and presentation of technical work to stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the transition of new products, processes, equipment, and methods into production.
• Design for safety, quality, efficiency, cost, and capability using Lean and GMP principles.
• Specify, design, and implement manufacturing fixtures, equipment, and tools.
• Understand critical process parameters to ensure reliable, compliant products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive solutions and sustain performance.
• Lead projects from concept to implementation with timelines and status updates.
• Apply problem-solving techniques to identify root causes of issues and implement countermeasures.
• Conduct equipment and process validations and verifications to support production and regulatory requirements
