Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 3+ years engineering experience supporting a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong fundamentals in process development, statistics, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and risk-based decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet timelines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
• Strong technical communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work hands-on on the manufacturing floor.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Sustain existing manufacturing lines, including fixtures, equipment, and SOPs, with a manufacturing-floor presence.
• Improve efficiency, reduce cost, and minimize loss using Lean, GMP, and Six Sigma.
• Lead engineering projects from concept through implementation and tracking.
• Design or input on fixtures, equipment, and tools to improve safety, ergonomics, quality, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues by data analysis and root-cause identification.
• Conduct equipment and process validations and verifications to meet production and regulatory needs.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Maintenance, and Engineering to sustain performance.
• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful team environment.
