Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years as a Process Engineer with strong industrial experience.
• 7+ years of manufacturing/engineering experience in designing/improving processes.
• Capital project management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain process designs for manufacturing and fabrication.
• Support design validation activities and document methods with clear descriptions.
• Improve methods for safety, efficiency, and cost reduction across projects.
• Lead plant layouts, equipment design, and capital projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to meet quality targets.
