Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of engineering experience.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing specifications.
• Identify methods to improve worker efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate production changes.
