Job summary

Springs Window Fashions is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer for our Waukegan, IL facility. This onsite role focuses on leading design, development, and optimization of manufacturing and fabrication processes across multiple sites to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering required.
• 5+ years of practical manufacturing and engineering experience.
• Capital project management experience required.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
• Bilingual English - Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing and fabrication processes for new and existing products.
• Utilize Lean and IE methodologies to improve performance, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
• Conduct work measurement studies; analyze workflow for safety, quality, and cost improvements.
• Lead capital equipment projects from concept to launch and support standardization across facilities.
• Provide technical support and mentor staff in process engineering and quality systems.
