Pexco in Town of Plymouth, Wisconsin is seeking an Engineer to design, improve, and implement manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment to enhance production capabilities and product quality.

You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, perform time studies and process mapping, lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and support trials, scale-ups, and new product launches while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles (certification preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment.
• Create technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Support product design changes and manufacturability.
• Lead time studies and process mapping to identify efficiency gains.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
• Provide engineering support during trials, scale-ups, and launches.
