Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead production build requirements, pallet display designs, operating instructions, and prototype builds for special‑execution programs. You will drive waste elimination and mobilize cross‑functional teams to improve cost, quality, and delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

You will mentor engineers, define standards, manage Oracle BOMs and work definitions, create OMS documentation, and lead Kaizen and other continuous improvement

Qualifications

Experience leading complex manufacturing initiatives in a multi‑functional environment.
Ability to translate business needs into technical priorities and roadmaps.
Excellent communication and coach/mentor capabilities across levels.

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing engineering function and set direction for complex programs.
Define work paths for ambiguous tasks and establish technical standards.
Drive cross‑functional decisions and implement improvements with minimal oversight.
Create and update OMS and related documentation for new processes.
Manage Oracle BOMs and work definitions; coordinate with supply planning on transitions.
Lead Kaizen and project engineering activities to reduce cycle times.
