Job summary

Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain to verify routings, create labor standards, develop work instructions and drive continuous improvements. The role emphasizes Lean manufacturing, DOE, FEA, ergonomic studies, and tool/fixture development.

Qualifications

• Technical Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong Industrial Engineering focus with manufacturing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform routing verification and develop manufacturing processes.
• Create and maintain work instructions, time studies, and labor standards.
• Lead process improvement projects using Lean tools and DOE/FEA techniques.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to bring new products to production.
• Develop tools, jigs, and fixtures; support manufacturing floor operations.
• Document and maintain BOMs, ECO/ECR processes, and manufacturing plans.
