Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Business Process Engineer II to lead mid-scale process improvement initiatives in a high-speed manufacturing environment. You will coordinate with Operations, IT, and Finance to align process changes with business objectives and drive efficiency using data analytics tools.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, project management, and the ability to mentor others while working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology preferred.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in business process engineering or related field.
• Lean or Six Sigma Certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead current-state and future-state process analysis for assigned value streams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate process changes across Operations, IT, Finance and Planning.
• Develop process designs that align people, process, technology, and operational requirements.
• Support cost-benefit analysis, ROI calculations, and value-realization tracking for improvements.
