Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Mechanical Engineer II to join our PECNA team. You will support the assembly production process, analyze and optimize workflows, and contribute to the design and improvement of process machinery.

The role requires 2+ years of engineering experience, strong CAD skills (SolidWorks) and knowledge of manufacturing methods, BOMs, and quality control. On-site work with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of engineering, manufacturing, machine design, or industrial automation experience.
• Strong design/drafting skills in 3D CAD and simulation software.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and interpret BOMs.
• Experience with process development/improvement and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support assembly production processes and optimize manufacturing workflows.
• Analyze and improve processes to enhance performance, safety, and quality.
• Develop, validate, and improve SOPs and process equipment designs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement changes and cost reductions.
