Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities and drive efficient production outcomes. You will manage staffing, safety, and KPI performance in a high-speed environment, guiding teams to deliver quality results.

The role requires strong communication, Lean/5S experience, and proficiency with SAP/MES/Oracle, with a focus on cost control and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High volume manufacturing experience strongly desired.
• Lean and 5S experience is very beneficial.
• Working-level English is required for communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise employees in the Panasonic production process.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and enforce compliance.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; monitor KPIs and headcount reports.
• Lead Kaizen events to improve machine and production conditions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and resolve issues promptly.
