• Lead complex end-to-end process redesign across multiple functions, systems, value streams or business units.
• Define project scope, success criteria, risks, dependencies, and business-value targets for assigned areas.
• Facilitate senior stakeholder alignment on requirements, tradeoffs, operating-model impacts, adoption risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate implementation across Operations, IT, Finance, Procurement, Planning, Engineering, and other business partners.
• Present recommendations, risks, business impact, and implementation status to leadership in a clear, decision-oriented manner.
