Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced manufacturing engineer to draft instructions for all manufacturing processes and develop processes for new products and other manufacturing needs.

The role will implement efficient quality control and cost-saving measures while driving improvements to maximize efficiency. The candidate should bring hands-on experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodology to ensure customer needs are met

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, materials, or related engineering field or equalivent work experience.
• 4 years of manufacturing plant or project engineering experience.
• Proficient in data analysis programs and Microsoft Suite.
• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Hands-on environment with practical experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and draft job instructions for all manufacturing processes.
• Develop processes for new products, work processes, and other manufacturing needs.
• Develop and implement efficient quality control processes and cost-saving measures.
• Suggest and implement improvements to current manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency.
• Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met.
