Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to assess and optimize production processes, oversee full lifecycle from development to implementation, and drive continuous improvement.

You will collaborate on new product processes, draft job instructions, implement quality control and cost-saving measures, and communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in materials science, manufacturing, mechanical, chemical, industrial, or related engineering field.
• 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing environment; Lean Six Sigma helpful; CAD experience preferred.
• Proficient in data analysis programs and Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze current manufacturing processes and oversee the full lifecycle of a product’s manufacturing process.
• Collaborate to develop processes for new products and other manufacturing needs.
• Develop and draft job instructions for all manufacturing processes.
