Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in materials science, manufacturing, mechanical, chemical, industrial, or related engineering field
• 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing environment; Lean Six Sigma and CAD experience preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis programs and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective time management and excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks typical of a manufacturing setting
• Willingness to work in a production environment with PPE as required

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze current manufacturing processes and optimize the full lifecycle of a product's manufacturing process
• Collaborate to develop processes for new products and other manufacturing needs
• Develop and draft job instructions for all manufacturing processes
• Develop and implement efficient quality control processes and cost-saving measures
• Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met
