Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in materials science or related engineering field is required.
• 0-3 years in manufacturing environment preferred; Lean Six Sigma a plus.
• Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Suite is expected.
• Good communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to perform manual tasks, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in a production environment with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Assess and optimize current manufacturing processes across full product lifecycle.
• Collaborate to develop processes for new products and manufacturing needs.
• Draft and develop job instructions for all manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement quality control processes and cost-saving measures.
• Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met.
