Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, materials, or related engineering field or equalivent work experience is required
• Further, you must have 4 years of manufacturing plant or project engineering experience
• You are proficient in data analysis programs and Microsoft Suite
• You have exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodology
• You have effective communication and customer service skills
• Additionally, you have a proven ability to combine theoretical training with practical experience in a "hands-on" environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and draft job instructions for all manufacturing processes
• Develop the processes for new products, work processes, and other manufacturing needs
• Develop and implement efficient quality control processes and cost-saving measures
• Suggest and implement improvements to current manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency
• Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are being met
