Job summary

You will develop processes for new products, draft work instructions, and implement effective quality controls and cost-saving measures. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and up to 3 years of manufacturing experience, with Lean Six Sigma and CAD proficiency, strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in materials science, manufacturing, mechanical, chemical, industrial, or related engineering field
0–3 years of experience in manufacturing environment; Lean Six Sigma and CAD software preferred
Proficiency in data analysis programs and Microsoft Office
Creativity and analytical problem-solving abilities
Excellent time management and communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

Assess and analyze current manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency
Develop processes for new products and other manufacturing needs
Draft job instructions for all manufacturing steps
Develop and implement efficient quality control processes and cost-saving measures
Communicate with customers to ensure their requirements are met
