Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. in Ellisville, MS is seeking an Operations Cell Leader to provide leadership and direction on the shop floor, running daily meetings and ensuring production requirements, changes and process improvements are executed.

You will mentor team leaders and operators, administer performance reviews, enforce safety and quality standards, support cross-functional collaboration, and drive Lean initiatives to achieve operational excellence in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in engineering, business, or related discipline with 4+ years in leadership or 8+ years in manufacturing leadership.
• Strong leadership in operations, process improvement and/or training.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• High proficiency with MS Word, Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
• Able to support 24/7 operations and adjust schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop floor meetings and communicate production requirements and changes for process improvements.
• Provide timely feedback and disciplinary actions when needed, including using company programs to set performance standards.
• Support safety and quality by coordinating training and cross-training for teams.
• Ensure efficient work schedules and monitor overtime to meet priorities and customer demands.
• Drive Lean principles, continuous improvement initiatives, and overall operational excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and adhere to policies, procedures, and certifications.
