• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction with emphasis on team building and daily shop floor meetings.
• Deliver timely feedback and disciplinary actions; establish performance standards.
• Support safety and quality expectations; collaborate with Training Team for fully trained teams.
• Ensure efficient work schedules; monitor overtime to meet priorities and customer demands.
• Drive Lean, continuous improvement, and overall operational excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and adhere to safety policies and certifications.
