Hobart Filler Metals is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, enhance product quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive world-class performance.

The role focuses on developing, optimizing, and controlling processes using statistical methods and continuous improvement methodologies to ensure stability, capability, and efficiency across the plant network.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience using statistical tools to analyze data and reduce process variation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Optimize and control process parameters to minimize variation and improve capability.
• Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify issues, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive equipment and system performance improvements from baseline to best‑in‑class.
• Develop and implement corrective actions that improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events and Six Sigma projects.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Product Engineering, and Operations teams to improve performance.
• Coach and train operators and technical teams on process understanding and best practices.
