Job summary

Fisher Barton is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and implement efficient processes aligned with product specs. You’ll coordinate product launches and work with R&D, operations, and quality to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities include CAD tooling design, fixture development, and applying Lean/Six Sigma to drive improvements and asset utilization. The role requires hands-on testing, data analysis, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering roles.
• Design and drafting experience, preferably with SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods.
• Coordinate manufacturing launches for new or existing products.
• Collaborate with R&D, management, production, technical sales, and quality.
• Provide technical plant support including process simulation, risk analysis, and optimization.
• Drive process improvements using plant data and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
