Job summary

Expert Employment Limited is seeking an experienced Product Manufacturing Engineer to enhance manufacturing processes, drive efficiency and support the introduction of new products across multiple sites. You will collaborate with engineering, production and manufacturing teams to standardise processes, improve manufacturability and implement new technologies in a large-scale engineering environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Engineering, Automation, CS, or equivalent).
Experience in oil and gas or large-scale mechanical manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering systems and industrial automation.
Hands-on experience with SCADA systems.
Good working knowledge of Linux operating systems.
Experience with Siemens automation technologies and programming.

Responsibilities

Analyse existing manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Lead continuous improvement and process standardisation initiatives.
Support introduction and integration of new products and manufacturing systems.
Develop and implement manufacturing plans across multiple sites.
Work with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency, quality and manufacturability.
Support implementation of new manufacturing technologies and automation.
Manage manufacturing standards, production hours and lead-time requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver engineering changes and process improvements.
