Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned equipment and support material handling.
• Lead safety and quality initiatives within the area.
• Maintain production measurements (e.g., PPH, yield).
• Ensure kanban compliance by team members.
• Apply 5S philosophy and complete housekeeping per shift.
• Respond to equipment and maintenance issues and troubleshoot downtime.
• Enforce PPE requirements and safety protocols.
• Coordinate labor utilization during downtime and communicate issues to supervisor.
