SAF-HOLLAND, Inc. is seeking an Order Management professional to coordinate orders, demand, production, and logistics across plants and distribution centers. The role focuses on delivering accurate delivery timelines and tracking, while maintaining strong customer communication.

You will act as the primary customer contact, handle high-volume inquiries, process returns, and support pricing updates within the ERP environment, ensuring quality and compliance.

Formación

• 2-3 years of related customer service or order management experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel at intermediate level).
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders via EDI and manual entry in a technical ERP.
• Coordinate demand, production scheduling, and logistics across plants and DCs.
• Ensure accurate and timely product delivery to customers.
• Monitor order status, manage back orders, and provide shipment tracking and updates.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering consistent experience.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying solutions or engaging internal resources.
