Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Fremont, CA seeks a Supply Chain / Manufacturing Lead responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams to establish Clear-to-Build dates, align shipping commitments with factory capacity, and ensure on-time delivery while managing risks. You will monitor production status, work with customers and freight partners, and drive continuous improvement to meet SLA targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with related industry experience.
• 3+ years in operations or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced settings.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Certified knowledge of Windows and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with Customer, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to set Clear-to-Build dates and shipping commitments.
• Ensure ship schedules are realistic and aligned with manufacturing constraints; identify risks early.
• Drive execution to committed ship schedules by monitoring production and resolving blockers on the factory floor.
• Lead efficient meetings to address open issues for production, quality, and supply chain.
• Coordinate with customer, Hyve Traffic Team, and freight forwarders to schedule and book shipments and align with delivery requirements.
